Initial Public Meeting - 20th March 2014
Following approval from West Berkshire Council that Stratfield Mortimer Parish Council could prepare a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP), a public meeting was held on the 20th March 2014 in St John’s Hall to inform the community of the plan, to explain the nature of an NDP and to answer questions.
The launch meeting was advertised by ways of a Flyer, Notice, and Poster. In addition to an introduction to an NDP and the Stratfield Mortimer NDP there were three presentations outlining some of the key areas of an NDP.
